Who We Are

DECHLA provides opportunities for Hispanic families to grow and develop in the area of education by offering instruction in teh following: ESL, computer and financial literacy as well as information/advocacy concerning domestic violence and substance abuse.  We also serve advocates for improved housing and living conditions.

What We Do

The mission of DECHLA is to create and implement solutions to challenges that affect the Hispanic/Latino population through the collaborations of communities and organizations.

DECHLA was started in 1999 in response to the unique needs of the growing Hispanic/Lation population.
