Religious Community Services

Through partnerships with local residents, churches, businesseses and other organizations, RCS operates many highly successful programs throughout communities in Craven, Jones and Pamlico Counties. Those programs include:

• Soup Kitchen serving a hot meal 7 days a week
• Emergency Homeless Shelter
• Clothing Closet
• Food Pantry
• Transportation Assistance
• Prescription Medication Assistance
• Warehouse Distribution of household items
• Financial Assistance
• Disaster Assistance

We partner with several agencies to offer The Emergency Food Assistance Program (TEFAP).

We partner with Craven Community College to offer classes at the RCS Annex.

RCS is a faith based nonprofit organization that is dedicated to the love and reverence of God through respecting and assisting His people without partiality in their time of need.  "in as much as ye have done it unto the least of these my brethren, ye have done it unto me."  (Mat 25:40)
