Needs From: United Way of Coastal Carolina

We are in need of laundry supplies, trash bags, tissues, cleaning supplies, gift cards for perishable items, new women's underwear - various sizes, socks all sizes - adults and childrens, 2 inch binders, journals, pocket calendars. Additionally we are in need of over the counter cold and flu medicines, tylenol, antacids. 

We are in need of stamps to be used for mass mailings to help reduce costs and to enable us to promote our fundraisers more effectively

Carteret County Domestic Violence Program is currently seeking persons interested in serving on our Board of Directors. If you are interested in obtaining further information or in applying for board membership, please call 252-240-9026 to speak with Glenda. We are seeking persons who have the ability to work with the group on fundraising activities, attending meetings and providing oversight and support for the agency and staff. 

We are in need of gift cards to purchase perishable food items such as bread, milk, fresh fruit and produce, and for medications not covered by insurance.  We also utilize gift cards to purchase necessary supplies for employment and education. Occasionally, clients need supplies that we do not have readily available in order to obtain employment, and gift cards to purchase these items reduce the strain on the agency budget. We also are in need of a freezer to aid in our efforts to maintain adequate supplies and support for our food pantry.
