Classroom Volunteers Needed for Afterschool Program

HeartWorks Afterschool and Summer Programs need volunteers to work with individual K-8 students or groups in a diverse, state of the art classroom setting in Bayboro, NC.  All staff and volunteers are required to pass a criminal background check. Current volunteers are tutoring students in literacy and math, reading to students, teaching flutaphone, chess, bridge, African drumming, and checkers, and helping in classrooms and the cafeteria.
